Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xsoulofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are missing original packaging.
Warranty
All products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
